Interpol: Red Notices and International Information Exchange

The seminar will consider the Constitution of Interpol and its procedure for challenging Red Notices. It will also consider the requirement that Europol delete data and the requirements of the EU Directive on data sharing in the law enforcement sector implemented by Part 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018.
