Post Brexit Police Access to electronics evidence stored overseas

The seminar will consider key aspects of the agreement and similarities and differences with other international agreements, including the EU e-evidence proposals. The session will close with a panel discussion comparing the UK and the EU’s current approach to reforming the law on obtaining e-evidence, exploring what the UK may be able to achieve post Brexit with both the US and the EU.
